May 1, 2018, the tentative contract has been ratified. Click here for the release.

Hello fellow CWA members:
Attached below you will find a summary of the CWA State of New Jersey Executive Branch Tentative Agreement for you all to look over the hard work and determination that our bargaining team has worked on continuously since Governor Phil Murphy has been in office, to help reach an agreement. A lot of long days and nights went into these negotiations, and our President of Local #1031, John Rose and team fought hard to negotiate what was long overdue all of us. Your patience and determination throughout the years of the Chris Christie administration not willing to bargain in good faith has finally paid off.
Next Wednesday, on April 25th, we, the executive branch officers will have a table set up in the Dunkin Donuts area, and will have ballots for all full-members to vote whether or not to ratify this contract. Please make a point of coming out and letting your voices be heard by voting yes or no on the ratification. We will be there throughout the day from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Thank you all again for your patience throughout this long ordeal, but finally some Great News for CWA workers!!!
